This is not your standard bottomless brunch. Half a grilled Cornish lobster, 28-day dry-aged British steak, a seared scallop and a chargrilled black tiger prawn — on one plate, cooked over open fire in our City kitchen.

It opens with freshly-shucked oysters, finishes with béarnaise and chimichurri, and runs alongside ninety minutes of free-flowing wine, beer and cocktails.

temper City serves the Lobster & Steak Bottomless Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am, with the last seating at 3:30pm. We’re at Mercers Walk in the City of London (EC2R 8AY), a five-minute walk from Bank, Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations.

Both packages include freshly-shucked oysters, surf & turf (28-day dry-aged steak, seared scallop and grilled black tiger prawn — plus half a grilled lobster on the £80 board), skin-on fries, a sharp house salad, béarnaise and chimichurri, plus 90 minutes of free-flowing drinks. The £70 board includes Mimosas, sparkling wine, Grillo white, Sangiovese red, Madri lager and Madri 0%. The £80 board upgrades the cocktails to Aperol Spritz and Margarita and the sparkling to Prosecco.

temper City is consistently rated among the best bottomless brunches in London because everything is cooked over open fire, we use British 28-day dry-aged steak and Cornish lobster, and the drinks flow generously throughout the full 90-minute window. Our central City location makes us easy to reach from anywhere in London.

Every Saturday and Sunday at temper City. First seating is at 11:30am and the last seating is at 3:30pm. We recommend booking in advance – Saturday lunchtime slots tend to sell out, especially in the run-up to Christmas and on bank holiday weekends.

Drinks are free-flowing for 90 minutes from your booking time. The food courses are paced over the same 90 minutes so you finish with the steak still warm and your glass still full.

The £80 board adds half a grilled Cornish lobster to your surf & turf, plus Aperol Spritz and Margarita on the cocktail list. Both boards include oysters, seared scallop, black tiger prawn, 28-day dry-aged steak, fries, house salad, béarnaise and chimichurri.
